Q: What kind of hardware do you use? Answer : A Western Digital hard drive is something you won't find in a Dell or a Compaq today. Western Digital is standard in Genius PCs. Genius only uses top of the line parts and we will always let you know the real manufacturer of you components. Our recommended parts are based on reliability, length of warranty and flexibility. And as always, if there is a particular component that works best for you, we will use it instead.
Answer: We don't support you like the big guys We do it better. Genius offers on-site warranty and free pick-up services for units with carry-in warranty. We always stock parts so your down time is shorter. We offer free imaging services and your drivers will always come to you on one compact disk.
